Sarah Liddell-Montgomery, Ed.D
Bio
Dr. Liddell-Montgomery is an innovative professional specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across a variety of sectors, including higher education and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Dean of Students and Equitable Community at Bard College at Simon’s Rock, Dr. Liddell-Montgomery has a proven track record of fostering inclusive environments that empower individuals and teams to thrive.
With a Doctorate in Education focused on the experiences of Black/African-American students with culturally relevant curriculum, Dr. Liddell-Montgomery is deeply committed to advancing equity and social justice in all organizational settings. She has successfully spearheaded diversity initiatives that result in significant increases in employee engagement, improved workplace culture, and enhanced team dynamics across diverse organizations.
