With a Doctorate in Education and a proven track record of success in my current role as Dean of Students and Equitable Community, and previous positions, I have successfully led initiatives, trainings, and discussions that enhance employee and student engagement while promoting social justice and fostering a sense of belonging. My passion lies in fostering equitable practices that transform organizational culture, helping diverse populations feel valued and supported.
